Synopsis
Thedi Vandha Lakshmi is a 1973 Indian Tamil-language crime thriller film directed by G. R. Nathan and produced by Modern Theatres.
The film stars Jaishankar and Lakshmi in its lead roles, with music composed by M. S. Sanjay and lyrics penned by Kannadasan.
The plot revolves around Lakshmi, who becomes embroiled in her brother Rathnam's murder after ₹2 million he had stolen goes missing. Facing pressure from both the police demanding she return the loot and potential suspects accusing her of involvement, Lakshmi turns to Ramesh for help as they search together for the hidden money.
The film was released on 24 May 1973 and performed poorly at the box office.
