Thangamana Raasa is a 1989 Tamil drama film directed by V. Azhagappan and starring Ramarajan and Kanaka in the lead roles.
The movie follows Vinu Chakravarthy, who loses his money after being cheated by his brother, leading to a fatal accident that results in life imprisonment for him. His son, played by Ramarajan, seeks peace with his cousin Rajeev, but is complicated by Kanaka's love for him and Rajeev's intense hatred and desire for revenge.
The film was released on 28 October 1989 and was later remade in Telugu as Muddula Menalludu (1990).
