Synopsis
Thambi Vettothi Sundaram is a 2011 Tamil crime drama film written and directed by V. C. Vadivudaiyan.
The film stars Karan and Anjali, and it was later dubbed into Hindi as The Acid of Life.
The movie is set in Kaliyakkavilai, a town on the state border where almost everyone is educated but involved in illegal activities such as smuggling and brewing of illicit liquor.
Sundaram, played by Karan, is a well-educated resident of the town who becomes embroiled in the smuggling racket and earns the enmity of a gangster.
