Soori

Soori is a 2003 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by Selvan and produced by P. Vijayakumar.

The film stars Vignesh as Surya, a sales representative who falls in love with college student Rishaba (played by Uma). To test their love endurance, they agree to separate for one year. However, when Surya fails to find Rishaba after the delay, his love turns into hatred and revenge.

The film features Parthiban in a guest appearance as Main Guard Gate Manikandan, a thug, alongside Vijayalakshmi and Chinni Jayanth in supporting roles. Music for the film was composed by Deva, while cinematography was handled by Vijay Milton and editing by Suresh Urs.

Soori was released on 19 December 2003.
