Saadhanai is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by A. S. Prakasam.
The film stars Sivaji Ganesan as Salim and his son Prabhu as a younger film director named Sivaji, who attempts to make a movie based on Salim's life. Nalini plays the role of Anarkali in this film.
K.R. Vijaya portrays Sivaji's wife, who becomes suspicious of their relationship, leading to conflict within their family. Years later, an older Sivaji watches a dancer named Bhuvani perform and believes he has found his new Anarkali in her.
The film was released on 10 January 1986.
