Sabhash

Sabhash is a 2000 Indian Tamil-language mystery thriller film directed by K. Subash, starring R. Parthiban, Divyaa Unni and Ranjith.

The film begins with Srinivasan aka Seenu discovering that his wife Shanti has hanged herself in their house. With no strong suspects, the police close the case as a suicide. However, several evidences surface which point to the possibility that Dharan Viswanath is behind Shanti's death.

As the story progresses, Seenu starts to suspect Dharan, while Dharan begins to suspect that Seenu isn't really blind. The film explores the mystery and suspense surrounding Shanti's death, leading to a thrilling conclusion.

Sabhash was released on 1 September 2000 and was remade into Hindi as Vaada in 2005.
