Raam

Raam is a 2005 Indian Tamil-language mystery thriller film directed by Ameer and starring Jiiva, Gajala, and Saranya Ponvannan.

The film follows Ramakrishnan, who is mentally affected by autism spectrum disorder, and his mother Saradha, a school teacher. The movie begins with the murder of Saradha, which sets off an investigation involving Ram and his neighbors. Ultimately, the killer is identified, and the police treatment of the killer is revealed.

The film was released on March 4, 2005, and became a sleeper hit. It won two awards at the 2006 Cyprus International Film Festival for Best Actor and Best Musical Score. The movie was critically acclaimed for its performances, screenplay, music, and cinematography.
