Synopsis
Poo Poova Poothirukku is a 1987 Indian Tamil-language film directed by V. Azhagappan and produced by Kaveri Manoharan.
The movie stars Prabhu as Ramu, Saritha as his wife Janaki, and Amala as Mary, who has a secret relationship with Ramu resulting in her son Kannan. Other cast members include Manorama and Vinu Chakravarthy.
Prabhu plays the role of Ramu, a happily married man with two children, but he is unfaithful to his wife Janaki (Saritha) and has a secret relationship with Mary (Amala) in Andaman. Years later, Mary dies in a car accident, and Ramu reveals the truth to his wife.
The film was released on 18 September 1987 and features cinematography by K.B. Dayalan and editing by V.Rajagopal, with some scenes filmed in Andaman. The soundtrack was composed by T.
