Synopsis
Pookkal Vidum Thoodhu is a 1987 Indian Tamil-language teen romance film produced and directed by Sreedhar Rajan.
The plot revolves around Hari escaping his domineering uncle, finding shelter with Kalaivani, falling in love with her maid Gowri, while simultaneously being pursued by Kalaivani's own deaf-mute daughter.
The movie stars Monisha, Srividya, and Hariharan, with the latter's dialogue voice provided by Ravishankar Devanarayanan. T. Rajendar wrote the story/script and composed the music for the film.
Pookkal Vidum Thoodhu is a remake of the Malayalam film Nakhakshathangal (1986). The film was released on 21 October 1987.
