Synopsis
Pidichirukku is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language romance film produced by Kool Productions Chida Shenbaga Kumar and directed by Kanagu.
The film stars Ashok Kumar, Vishakha Singh, Sampath Raj, Ganja Karuppu, and Saranya Ponvannan in key roles.
Vel (Ashok), a Hindu from a lower-middle-class family, works as a booking clerk at a lorry transport and cargo agency in Tuticorin. Manju (Vishakha Singh), a Roman Catholic girl studying in the local college, is his love interest.
Their first meeting is an accident caused by her negligence. The film features cinematography by D. V. Raameswaran and music composed by Manu Ramesan.
Pidichirukku was released on January 15, 2008, during Pongal.
