Pattathu Rani is a 1992 Indian Tamil-language comedy film directed by Manivasagam.
The ensemble cast includes Vijayakumar and Gautami in the lead roles, with supporting performances from Manorama, Goundamani, Janagaraj, Senthil, and Delhi Ganesh.
The story revolves around brothers Jalagandeswaran and Rayappan who own a small colony of houses built on state land. The tenants avoid paying rent due to this knowledge. Rayappan decides to rent the vacant house to Usha, an attractive company manageress married to the older Sundaram. As they befriend their neighbors, including other couples like Viswanathan and Ganesan, the men develop feelings for Usha and attempt to woo her.
The music was composed by Deva with lyrics penned by Kalidasan. The film was released on 14 August 1992.
