Parakkum Pavai is a 1966 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by T.R. Ramanna and produced under R.R. Pictures.
The film stars M.G. Ramachandran as Jeeva, who promises a dying man Vedhachalam (played by B.Saroja Devi) to take care of his daughter Kala.
To fulfill this promise, Jeeva secures employment as a trapeze artist in the National Circus.
The film features cinematography by M.A. Rehman and was notably shot on location within an actual circus.
The soundtrack includes music composed by M.S. Viswanathan with lyrics penned by Kannadasan.
