Synopsis
Pandithurai is a 1992 Indian Tamil-language film directed by Manoj Kumar and starring Prabhu alongside Khushbu.
The story revolves around Pandithurai, who leaves his parents to live with his newlywed sister and her wealthy brother-in-law, Malaisamy. Years later, Pandithurai becomes an uneducated and angry youth but holds Malaisamy in high regard. His sister, Muthulakshmi, returns from the city and falls in love with him.
Meanwhile, Malaisamy has a secret affair with Sindamani, a stage dancer. When Pandithurai attempts to intervene, he fails, leading Malaisamy to evict him. The narrative then details how Pandithurai seeks revenge against his brother-in-law and ultimately marries Muthulakshmi.
