Synopsis
Panchamirtham is an Indian Tamil-language action drama film written and directed by Perarasu.
The film stars Bharath in the main lead role alongside Kajal Aggarwal and Khushbu, with music composed by Srikanth Deva. It was produced by Sakthi Chidambaram under the banner Cinema Paradise.
Pazhani follows Pazhani's release from jail after 15 years, where he accidentally saves Jeevanandham from goons, leading to his appointment as Jeevanandham's car driver. He later learns that Jeevanandham is his sister Karpagambal's husband.
Pazhani hides his identity from Karpagambal and reveals his name as Vellaiyan due to her childhood hatred towards him. The film was released on January 15, 2008, coinciding with the Pongal festival, and became a commercial success.
