Or Iravu (transl. One Night) is a 1951 Indian Tamil-language film directed by P. Neelakantan and co-written with C. N. Annadurai for AVM Productions.
The movie stars K. R. Ramasamy, who also reprised his role from the original stage play written by Annadurai. The plot revolves around a thief breaking into a rich man's house without knowing that the man is actually his father, someone he was abandoned by long ago.
Released on April 11, 1951, it received favourable critical reception. The film is based on Annadurai's play of the same name and was produced by AVM Productions.
The cast includes choreographers Vazhuvoor Ramaiah Pillai and B. Hiralal. C. N. Annadurai wrote the screenplay, which he completed in a single night, totalling 300 pages.
