Ooru Vittu Ooru Vandhu (1990) is a comedy horror film directed by Gangai Amaran.
The story revolves around Selvaraj, who lives with his mother in Theni and cares for self-respect, managing the family finances through his father's income earned while working in Singapore. He also features Kamatchi, a village girl from Selvaraj's cousin's family, whose marriage is arranged by her widowed mother, Maragadham.
The film stars Ramarajan, Gautami, Goundamani, Senthil, and Sangili Murugan. A notable comedy subplot involving Goundamani and Senthil set in Singapore gained significant popularity.
The title of the movie is derived from a song present in the earlier Ramarajan film "Karakattakkaran." The film was released on 14 July 1990.
