Synopsis
Nilaave Vaa is a 1998 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by A. Venkatesh and produced by K. T. Kunjumon.
The film stars Vijay and Suvalakshmi, with Sanghavi, Raghuvaran, and Manivannan playing supporting roles.
Released on 14 August 1998, the movie tells the story of Siluvai, a Christian boy who falls in love with Sangeetha, a Hindu girl engaged to Raghuvaran. Despite her father's objections, Raghuvaran decides to unite them through a Hindu-Christian marriage.
Gauri, Sangeetha's sister, elopes with Siva's friend after hearing that Perumal does not want to accept the marriage, leading to the break-up of Siluvai and Sangeetha's love affair. However, Siva gives a great speech to the villagers, ultimately uniting Siluvai and Sangeetha.
