Nermai is a 1985 Indian Tamil film directed by R. Krishnamoorthy and produced by K. R. Gangadharan.
The film stars Sivaji Ganesan as Professor Gowri Shankar, alongside Sujatha, Prabhu, and Radhika.
The plot revolves around a spoiled student named Raja, whose father Jaikumar (a smuggler) seeks help from the economics professor to reform his son's notorious behaviour at college. Despite initial resistance and subsequent attempts by Raja to sabotage Gowri Shankar's efforts, he eventually realizes his mistakes, becomes a model student, and falls in love with Radha.
The film is a remake of the Hindi film Bulundi and had a musical score by M. S.
