Natpu is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language film directed by Ameerjan and written by Vairamuthu.
The movie stars Karthik, Sripriya, Radha Ravi, and Senthil in its lead roles.
Based on a novel serialized in Kumudam magazine by Vairamuthu himself, the film marked an adaptation from his weekly series written for the magazine.
The soundtrack features music composed by Ilaiyaraaja with lyrics penned by Vairamuthu.
The film was launched at Prasad Studios and had its first clap provided by K. Balachander.
Natpu won two Cinema Express Awards, including Best Comedy Actor for Senthil and a special award for Radha Ravi.
