Nadodi Mannan is a 1958 Indian Tamil-language action adventure film directed by M. G. Ramachandran in his debut as a filmmaker.
The film stars Ramachandran in dual roles as Veeran and Prince Marthandam, with P. Bhanumathi, M. N. Rajam, and B. Saroja Devi in key supporting roles.
When an assassination attempt leaves the prince incapacitated, Veeran must step into his role as king and initiate 'people-oriented' reforms that cause significant political unrest among the kingdom's elite.
The film was co-produced by Ramachandran with Chakrapani and R. M. Veerappan under Em.Gee.Yar Pictures, on a budget of ₹18 lakh.
A Technicolor sequence filmed on location in a tropical island is featured in the movie.
