Naan Kanda Sorgam is a 1960 Indian Tamil-language fantasy comedy film directed and produced by C. Pullayya.
The story revolves around Meenakshi, daughter of a miserly millionaire Parama Pillai, who wishes to engage in public service despite her father's disapproval. She falls in love with Sundar, a theatre artiste involved in social welfare work for the poor.
Parama Pillai forbids Meenakshi from leaving home and hires two men as guards. Unaware of this, Meenakshi brings Sundar disguised as a woman back to her father's house, leading him to mistakenly appoint Sundar as her tutor.
The film stars K. A. Thangavelu and Sowcar Janaki, and was released on 12 August 1960. It became a commercial success and is a remake of the 1958 Bengali film Jamalaye Jibanta Manush, with a largely different cast in its Telugu version, Devanthakudu.
