Miss Kamala is a 1936 Indian Tamil-language film directed by T. P. Rajalakshmi.
The film stars T. P. Rajalakshmi alongside T. V. Sundaram, "Battling" C. S. D. Singh, V. S. Mani, T. P. Rajagopal, and "Stunt" Rajoo.
The plot revolves around Kamala and Kannappan, who are in love but face opposition from her parents. Forced into an arranged marriage with a doctor, Kamala reveals this coerced union to him on their wedding night while still harbouring feelings for Kannappan.
Miss Kamala was the first Tamil feature film to be directed by a woman film director and made Rajalakshmi the first female director in South India and the second in India. The film also features music composed by T. P. Rajalakshmi, whom she wrote, edited, and produced.
No print of the film is known to have survived, making it a lost film.
