Mahadevan composed the music for the film, while Vaali penned the lyrics for the Tamil version. The Telugu dubbed version, titled Aadhi Sakthi Mahimalu, featured Rajasri as its lyricist.

Critics noted Jagadeesan's unhurried pace and highlighted Mahadevan's music as a key plus point for the movie.
