Meesai Madhavan is a 2004 Indian Tamil-language film directed by S. Ramu and produced by S. V. Thangaraj of Uvasree creations.

The story begins in Kerala with the birth of Vignesh, a three-year-old son of a doctor (Rajeev), who gives him a trumpet on his fourth birthday. The film then shifts to Chennai, where two street boys, Kannas and Kadalas, are involved in a complicated situation.
