Synopsis
Meenava Nanban is a 1977 Indian Tamil-language action drama film written and directed by Sridhar.
The story follows Kumaran, an adventurer who arrives at a fishing enclave and receives help from its inhabitants. He meets Kamali, the arrogant daughter of Nagaraj; initially disrespected, she reforms as they fall in love.
Together with Kamali, Kumaran takes it upon himself to defend the fishermen being exploited by Nagaraj. They reform him while also saving him from his dangerous associates, Arun and Selvaraj, who ultimately turn against him.
The film features M. G. Ramachandran as Kumaran and Latha as Kamali, with supporting roles played by Nirmala (as Vennira Aadai), M. N. Nambiar, and Nagesh.
Meenava Nanban was released on 14 August 1977.
