Synopsis
Maya Machhindra is a 1932 Marathi and Hindi black-and-white film produced by Prabhat Films and directed by Shantaram Rajaram Vankudre.
The film is based on Mani Shankar Trivedi's play Siddhasansar, with music scored by Govindrao Tembe.
The cast includes:
- Govindrao Tembe as Machhindranath
- Durga Khote as Queen
- Master Vinayak as Gorakh
- Baburao Pendharkar
The film was made in more than one language six times, and is based on a popular legend about tantric masters from ancient India and Tibet.
