Synopsis

Mannaru is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Jai Shankar and starring Appukutty and Swathi.

The film tells the story of Mannaru's friend, who asks him to escort his newly married wife to her husband's house, as her family forces her to marry a local MLA's son. However, when the villagers believe the two to be husband and wife, chaos ensues.
