Manmadha Leelai is a 1976 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film written and directed by K. Balachander.
The movie stars Kamal Haasan in the titular role as Madhu, a character attempting various affairs with married women, alongside Aalam. Several actresses made their Tamil cinema debut through this film, including Hema Chaudhary and Jaya Prada.
The film explores themes of failed romantic pursuits amidst complex relationships, following the life journey of a wannabe womaniser Madhu as he flirts with various women who are doing so for different reasons.
Manmadha Leelai was released on 27 February 1976 and has received cult status over the years, despite initial criticism for its bold content.
