Synopsis
Manikkuyil is a 1993 Indian Tamil language romantic drama film directed by Rajavarman.
The film stars Murali and Saradha Preetha, with Goundamani, Senthil, Vijayakumar, Charan Raj, Shanmugasundaram, Kokila, A. K. Veerasamy, and C. R. Saraswathi playing supporting roles.
The movie follows the story of Muthuvelu, an educated man who makes his living harvesting honey using traditional methods, and his journey from a humble life to fame as a singer after being discovered by a city girl named Kaveri.
Directed by Rajavarman, Manikkuyil was released on 26 February 1993.
