Synopsis
Magalirkkaga is a 2000 Indian Tamil-language film directed by Indhiyan.
The film stars Khushbu, Vindhya, Kovai Sarala, and Ranjith, with Thalaivasal Vijay, Devan, Anuja, and Vadivelu in supporting roles.
The movie follows Bhavani, a no-nonsense inspector at a police station composed primarily of female officers. She is engaged to engineer Subramani, but tragedy strikes when Deputy Commissioner Nagaraj sexually assaults one of her subordinates, Chithra. Bhavani's determination to get justice for Chithra puts her morals and relationships to the test.
The film was released on June 3, 2000, with music composed by debutant Varshan.
