Synopsis
Maattuthavani is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language drama film written and directed by Pavithran.
The film stars Ramkiran and Menaka, with Meetha and Soori in supporting roles.
Music for the film was composed by Deva.
The movie marked the comeback of actress Menaka Suresh to Tamil cinemas after 26 years.
The production began in May 2007 but faced delays due to legal problems. Pavithran announced a comeback to films and eventually revealed an all-new cast in November 2009.
