Synopsis
Maathangal Ezhu is a 1993 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Yugi Sethu.

The story revolves around Raja, an orphan with a divine musical talent who tries to reform after meeting Savitri, a talented stage singer. However, circumstances lead him back to his old self-destructive ways.
Savitri marries Raghu, portrayed as a sadist and womaniser, but is abandoned when she becomes pregnant. Raja comes to her aid, supporting her and assisting a midwife during her delivery using an innovative method that earns recognition in the medical field.
The film was released on 9 July 1993 and did not achieve commercial success.
