Synopsis
Maasilamani is a 2009 Indian Tamil-language romantic action comedy film directed by R. N. R. Manohar and produced by AGS Entertainment.
The film stars Nakul as Maasi, an orphan living in a lower middle class colony who falls in love with Divya (Sunaina), a wealthy upper middle class girl who is a dance instructor.
Maasi attempts to win over Divya's family by being a good person and dons another name, Mani. However, when Divya finds out the truth, she gets into a dilemma as whom she has to choose.
The movie also stars Pawan, Santhanam, Karunas, Srinath, and M. S. Bhaskar in supporting roles, with music composed by D. Imman and cinematography and editing by Vetri and Manoj.
Maasilamani was released on 19 June 2009 and became a commercial success.
