
Kunguma Poovum Konjum Puravum is a 2009 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film written and directed by debutante Rajamohan.
The film stars Ramakrishnan and Thananya, with Tharun Chatriya, Nagamma, and Agavamma playing supporting roles. It was produced by SPB Charan under his banner Capital Film Works, featuring music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
Thulasi, a young girl, comes to Muttam village along with her grandmother after being deserted by her parents. She joins a government school in the village to pursue her studies and catches the eye of Koochan, another student who falls for her instantly.
However, their romance is short-lived as Koochan's mother Chandra drives them out of the village due to her disapproval. Thulasi eventually gets married to a rowdy Drama, but he gets arrested after murdering a youth. Meanwhile, Koochan loses himself in liquor after his love failure and resolves to set right Thulasi's life.
The film was released on 24 April 2009 and received critical acclaim, but performed averagely at the box office.
