Kozhi Koovuthu

Kozhi Koovuthu is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language romance film directed by K I Ranjith.

The film stars Ashok, Shija Rose, Bose Venkat, and Rohini in key roles.

The story revolves around Kumaresan (Ashok), who earns his living by selling chickens in his village. Thulasi (Shija Rose) is the daughter of a rich landlord, and they meet under circumstances that lead to romance despite their societal differences.

As their love blossoms, Kumaresan's gang of friends cheat villagers into buying sick chickens, causing trouble for Kumaresan. However, when Thulasi saves him from a group of angry villagers, she begins to see the hardships he faces and develops a soft corner for him.

The film was released on 28 December 2012.
