Synopsis
Kongunattu Thangam is a 1961 Indian Tamil-language action adventure film directed by M. A. Thirumugam and produced by Sandow M. M. A. Chinnappa Thevar.
The film stars M. R. Radha as Thangam, C. L. Anandan in her boyfriend's role alongside Pushpalatha.
The plot revolves around Thangam helping Rajavel rescue Muthurathina Boopathy, the Zamindar of Kongu Naadu, from his concubine Amutha, ultimately uniting him with his wife.
Kongunattu Thangam was released on 14 April 1961.
