Kodi Parakkudhu is a 1988 Indian Tamil-language action film directed by Bharathiraja.
The movie features Rajinikanth, who had previously worked with Bharathiraja nearly ten years after their collaboration on the film '16 Vayathinile'.
The plot revolves around a mafia leader attempting to eliminate a police officer named Sivagiri due to his past actions against the leader's illegal enterprises. However, Sivagiri later learns that this antagonist is also responsible for the death of his own father.
The film was co-written, produced and directed by Bharathiraja, who stated he made it after the financial failure of some of his previous films to compensate his losses.
Manivannan portrayed the film's antagonist, with his voice dubbed by Bharathiraja. The music was composed by Hamsalekha.
The soundtrack includes songs set in the Carnatic raga Shree and one reused from another song.
Kodi Parakkudhu was released on 8 November 1988 and failed at the box office.
