Kandhan Karunai is a 1967 Indian Tamil-language Hindu mythological film written and directed by A. P. Nagarajan.
The film tells the story of Lord Murugan, beginning with his birth, marriage, and ascension to lead the army of heaven. It portrays six sacred abodes (the "Arupadaiveedu") in order: Swamimalai, Palani Hills, Thiruchendur, and three others.
