Synopsis
Kalyana Vaibhogam is a 1997 Indian Tamil-language romance film directed by N. Rathnam.
The film stars Ramki, Khushbu, and Sangita, with Vadivelu, R. Sundarrajan, V. K. Ramasamy, Vennira Aadai Moorthy, Vijay Krishnaraj, and Haja Shareef playing supporting roles.
The movie is a remake of the Hindi film Aaina (1993) and was released on 5 September 1997.
The plot revolves around Sakthi, a writer who becomes popular by writing short stories in Tamil weekly magazines. He falls in love with an anonymous fan, Shanthi, who sends him letters every week. Sakthi mistakenly believes the anonymous fan is his step-sister Ramya and later falls in love with her.
