Kadalora Kavithaigal is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by Bharathiraja.
The movie stars Sathyaraj in the lead role, marking his directorial debut alongside Rekha, Raja, Janagaraj, and Kamala Kamesh in supporting roles.
Set primarily in Muttom near Kanyakumari, the film tells the story of Chinnappa Das, a man with a criminal record who returns to his village after serving time. He undergoes personal transformation through an elementary education and falls in love with Jennifer, a school teacher.
The film was released on 7 July 1986 and later remade into Telugu films titled Aradhana and Kauravudu, as well as a Kannada-language film called Kowrava.
