Kacha Devayani is a 1941 Indian Tamil-language film produced and directed by K. Subramanyam.
The movie tells the story of Kacha, the son of Brahaspati, who travels to learn the powerful Mritsanjeevani mantra from his guru Sukracharya, the father of Devayani. This mantra revives the dead Asuras but harms the Devas during frequent wars between their realms.
The film is based on a love story from Mahabharatha's Aadi parva and in Matsyapuranam, featuring Kothamangalam Seenu and T. R. Rajakumari in the lead roles.
