Velan, a responsible son of a village landlord, sets out on a mission to learn about his past after discovering he is his foster son. He learns that his family members were killed by the dreaded gangster Deva and vows to kill him and his gang.
In the name of Jambhavan, Velan starts to kill rowdies in society, but suffers a head injury, losing his memory and being later adopted by the landlord. The remainder of the movie follows his efforts to put an end to Deva and his men.
