Synopsis
Iravum Pagalum (Night and Day) is a 1965 Indian Tamil-language crime thriller film directed by Joseph Thaliath Jr.
The film stars Jaishankar and C. Vasantha in the lead roles, alongside S. A. Ashokan, Nagesh, Gandhimathi, and Pandari Bai in supporting roles.
The story revolves around Rajasekar, a wealthy college student living with his widowed mother Maragadhavalli. He is also in love with Parimala. Following a robbery of their house one night by a gang, Maragadhavalli prevents Rajasekar from reporting it to the police, which fuels his suspicion and leads him to investigate the incident himself.
The film was released on 14 January 1965 and became a commercial success.
