Synopsis
Ingeyum Oru Gangai is a 1984 Indian Tamil-language romance film directed by Manivannan and produced by P. Kalaimani. The film stars Murali, Tara, and Chandrasekhar.
The story revolves around Maruthayi, who accuses Kathamuthu of stealing her cow, only to discover that it was her father who sold the animal. Kathamuthu saves her cow and wins her over with his kindness, leading to a romance between them.
The film was released on 10 August 1984 and became a success. It was remade in Kannada as Prema Gange and in Telugu as Pavitra.
