Synopsis
Ilanjodigal is a 1982 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film directed by Rama Narayanan and released on January 14, 1982.
The movie stars Karthik, Suresh, Radha, and Vijayashanti as the lead characters. It tells the story of Sivagami Nachiyar, an arrogant millionaire who lives with her two daughters, Geetha and Sita, in a strict environment within their ancestral bungalow.
After rejecting numerous millionaire suitors, she unexpectedly leaves home for ten days, allowing her daughters to venture out. They meet two crooks named Buddy Raju and Putturaja, leading to a series of hilarious encounters that eventually result in them falling in love with the criminals.
The film was remade in 1986 in Hindi as Love 86.
