Synopsis
Idhayakkani is a 1975 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by A. Jagannathan and produced by R. M. Veerappan. The film stars M. G. Ramachandran in the lead role as Mohan, a kind-hearted man who implements his theory of life "equality" by sharing equally the income of his estate with his labourers.
Mohan joins the police force to serve his country and meets a needy girl, Lakshmi, whom he takes into his home. He decides to marry her, but their happiness is short-lived when he learns she may be involved in the murder of a prominent scientist.
