Hello

Hello is a 1999 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed and written by K. Selva Bharathy.

The film stars Prashanth and Preeti Jhangiani, and was released on November 7, 1999.

Chandru works in a flower shop and tries to woo girls, but his friends tease him for being unable to find a girlfriend. He comes up with a plan to introduce a girl as his girlfriend to avoid their teasing.

Chandru pretends that the girl is his lover by frequently talking over phone to her, making his friends believe he has a relationship. However, things don't go as planned when Gayatri fails to show up at the temple where Chandru had arranged for her to be introduced as his girlfriend.
