En Kadamai (My Duty) is a 1964 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by M. Natesan and written by Ma. Ra.
The story revolves around Dharmalingam, a wealthy landlord who disowns his eldest son for marrying Kamala, a teacher's daughter from a poor family. Following the death of their son, Kamala is left homeless with her child.
Police inspector Nathan takes her in but becomes entangled when she is murdered while trying to get to court regarding property rights related to her marriage.
The film stars M. G. Ramachandran and B. Saroja Devi, and was released on 13 March 1964.
En Kadamai became a box-office bomb upon its release.
