Synopsis
Ellorum Nallavare is a 1975 Indian Tamil-language film directed and produced by S. S. Balan.
The film is a remake of the 1974 Kannada film Bhootayyana Maga Ayyu, and was simultaneously produced in Telugu and Hindi languages as Andaroo Manchivare and Ek Gaon Ki Kahani respectively.
The storyline features characters including a greedy moneylender, his repentant son, a good Samaritan, romance, and the consequences of evil actions.
The film stars Muthuraman, Manjula, V. S. Raghavan, Jayanthi, and Shobhan Babu in key roles.
Ellorum Nallavare was produced by Gemini Studios, which ceased operations after its release due to the film's poor box office performance.
