Dhaam Dhoom is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Jeeva and produced by Sunanda Murali Manohar.
The film stars Ravi Mohan (credited as Jayam Ravi), Kangana Ranaut, Jayaram, and Lakshmi Rai.
Released worldwide on August 29, 2008, the movie follows the story of a Tamil doctor who travels to Russia two weeks before his wedding for a conference. While there, he becomes embroiled in a murder investigation after a local woman is killed, leading him to get imprisoned.
With the help of an Indian female lawyer, he manages to escape and sets out to find the real murderer. The film was Jeeva's posthumous release, shot just before his death in 2008.
Dhaam Dhoom is based on the 1997 American film Red Corner and marked Kangana Ranaut's debut in the Tamil film industry.
